Came home early....
Exam was till 9.30am only...
Hungry I realised...
Had only 2 eggs for breakfast...

Now?
11.00 am....

HUNGRY !!!!!

Thought of trying some butter rice...
the recipe I told Kai Yunn about...
Made some arrangement...
and replacement...
Here we go...

~Planning is essential....

Ingrediants:
1)1/3 cup white rice
2) 1/2 cup water
3) some oyster sauce, salt, MSG
4) 50g butter
5) 2 red onion
6) 2pandan leaf
7) 1 slice of cheese
8) 2 short beans
9) 2 bacons strips
10) 1 pork sausage

Steps:~
1) Clean the rice and all the raw ingrediants

2) Chop the onions finely, tie the pandan leaf together,
cut the cheese up, chop the beans into few short portion,
slice up the pork...

3)Add 2 tsp oyster sauce, a pinch of salt and MSG into water.

4)Melt the butter in a pan.

5) Fry in order. Onion, rice, bean, cheese...
~make sure the rice do not turn brown~

6)Add water and pandan leaf into pan.

7) Allow boil before transfer to pot.
~reduce as much oil during transfer & add 1/4 cup water~

8)Slow fire cook the rice 15 minutes.

9) Off the fire and let sit for 5 minutes

~ See? Too much oil...
Almost failed...
Sigh...
Still too inexperience...

~ Reduced oil
(slow fire...)

***ps. oyster sauce mixture was a replacement for 1/4 chicken stock dissolve in 1/2 cup water...
